SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
** Orders are shipped within 1-3 business day.
**Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays so please don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend. 😊
West Malaysia : Standard Shipping (3-5 business days, may vary between shipping companies).
East Malaysia : SF Express shipping (5-10 business days).
Overseas✈️ : Individual quotes for shipping outside of Malaysia.
OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided that is in a well condition. Returns should be made within 3days after delivery, if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
